Uppar New Material was established in 2022 with an investment over 300 Million RMB and the plant covers over 70 acres. We are located in Jiangyin, Jiangsu Province, China. Jiangyin was ranked as No.1 fiber production city in China in terms of overall production volume.
Relying on our sister company, Zhangjiangang Yongxing Machinery Company, which has nearly 30 years’ experience in staple fiber production line manufacturing, We have installed the One Step Staple Fiber production line with nearly 20,000 tons production volume annually.
Our products have been exported to more than 20 countries including Bangladesh, Russia, Vietnam and so on.
Uppar New Material has more than 150 team members, including 40 scientists in new material research & development, equipment design etc. We apply for more than 10 patents of staple fiber every year, and leverages the most advanced new material science and technology in our production to provide One-Stop service for our customers.

Strong production base

With several production lines imported from Italy and more than 200 skilled workers, the company produces 50,000 tons of polypropylene staple fibers, 20,000 tons of polyester staple fibers, and 10,000 tons of bicomponent staple fibers annually. It is the largest polypropylene staple fiber manufacturer in Asia.

We can customize polypropylene staple fiber and polyester staple fiber within the Pantone color range of 1.2D-110D, and provide various functional polypropylene staple fiber and polyester staple fiber such as hydrophilic, water repellent, flame retardant, and UV resistant. It is suitable for automotive interior, textile, engineering, home furnishing and other fields.

Rich experience, stable quality

Focusing on the field of synthetic fibers, we have passed ISO90001 and ISO14001 certifications. We have 3-hour laboratory sampling inspection and full quality supervision by the line leader responsibility system. We have 8 engineers and 30 other technical personnel. We are the drafting company of the polypropylene staple fiber industry standard.
